The Paradox Announcement Show 2023 took place on 6 March 2023. Paradox and affiliated companies announced 5 new games and several DLCs for already existing ones.
New games that were announced on Paradox Announcement Show 2023:
- Cities: Skylines 2. City-building strategy game with brand-new modern graphics and innovative gameplay that should be the most advanced among games of this genre.
- Life By You. Lifesim game from original The Sims developer Rod Humble. There’s little information about the game right now, the developers promise to show more on March, 20. There’s no Steam page for this game right now.
- The Lamplighters League. Brand-new turn-based tactics about fighting worldwide evil, set in the 1930s style.
- Mechabellum. A small but exciting game with auto-battler mechanics, dedicated to PVP battles. Players command armies of giant battle robots and tanks.
- Knights of Pen and Paper 3. Turn-based RPG-tactics in retro pixel art in the world of chivalry and class struggle.
New DLCs for already existing games that were announced on Paradox Announcement Show 2023:
- Crusader Kings III: Tours & Tournaments. Players can create their own medieval tournaments, train knights and make a journey to their own kingdom to learn more about their vassals and people.
- Europa Universalis IV: Domination. Content DLC with new missions and government reforms for major countries like Russia, China, France, and Great Britain.
- Surviving the Aftermath: Rebirth. The DLC ads terraforming possibilities as well as the new threat: infestation.
- Across the Obelisk: The Wolf Wars. A new story about legendary Wolf Wars as well as a new pet. The story goes with the brand-new independent zone.
The developers of Victoria 3 also announced that the update 1.2 for Victoria 3 comes out on 13 March 2023. It will include many UI improvements and the long-awaited autonomous investment system.
