Tactical Pirate Adventure Tortuga – A Pirate’s Tale
Port Royale 4 developer Gaming Minds has announced Tortuga – A Pirate’s Tale, a game in which you can become a great pirate of the Caribbean Sea in the 17th century. Players will be able to create their own flag, develop a character by developing up to 35 different skills, assemble a fleet and go to plunder the Spanish, Dutch, French, and English colonies, fighting in turn-based tactical battles on hexagonal sea battlefields.
Tortuga – A Pirate’s Tale will offer mechanics traditional for representatives of the pirate genre: fleet development, crew management, loot sharing, and the ability to take the helm of 18 types of historical ships. During playthrough, players will be able to hire real-life historical pirates into their team.
Tortuga – A Pirate’s Tale will be released exclusively on the Epic Games Store in Q1 2023.
City-Building Game in the World of Falconeer
Developer Tomas Sala, who previously created the game about a giant fighter bird The Falconeer, announced a new project at Gamescom 2022. It was Bulwark: Falconeer Chronicles, a city-building strategy game set in the same fantasy world of Great Ursee.
The core gameplay of Bulwark: Falconeer Chronicles is about constructing of strongholds on high cliffs. In the game, it will be possible to create incredibly beautiful fantastic cities at different levels of height, as well as hire commanders and specialists that provide access to new units. Apparently, the game is planned to have a combat system.
A release date for Bulwark: Falconeer Chronicles has yet to be announced.
Men of War II: Teaser of Trailer

The game takes place after the global flooding of the Earth as a result of a climatic catastrophe caused by the people themselves: the world has turned into a cluster of islands inhabited by groups of survivors.
The developers promise to the players a large technology tree and the ability to legislate for the settlement. The town can be turned into a communist idyll of universal equality or into a formidable militarized settlement. All maps and events in Floodland will be randomly generated to promote replay value.
Floodland comes on November 15, 2022.
Tycoon Hotel Architect
Pathos Interactive announced a tycoon game Hotel Architect about the construction and management of hotels. Made in a simplified and fun visual style, the game will allow you to build your own hotel in different parts of the world, each of which will offer unique challenges. Haemimont Games Studio, responsible for the development of Surviving Mars and Tropico, has announced a new strategy game Stranded: Alien Dawn. In the game, players will help a group of settlers to establish a colony on an alien planet fraught with many dangers.
In Stranded: Alien Dawn, players will have to build a base for the settlers, which will help them not to starve to death and stay happy, and then protect the colonists from attacks with various tricky devices. The developers promise a living world with rich flora and fauna and random story events that will make each playthrough unique.
The game comes into Early Access in October 2022.

The developers of Gleamer Studio have released a new trailer for their city-building strategy Settlement Survival at Gamescom 2022. Tempest Rising: First Gameplay Video of GDF Campaign Mission
The developers of the futuristic RTS Tempest Rising with three unique factions presented the gameplay of the first mission for the GDF with their comments. The game looks like a typical RTS in the style of the Command & Conquer series with base building, resource extraction, and hiring units, while with modern graphics and rather sketchy, very large infantry units.
In the demonstrated first mission from the GDF campaign, the main purpose of which is to teach the player the basics of the game, the developers introduced several basic units and basic gameplay mechanics. These include classic exploding barrels from games from the 90s, unique unit abilities like drone control and healing from medics, as well as base-building elements.
